Take me to Indonesia. Hi David, Your picture is really great, it has got dream quality. A very special feel - brings you into a fascinating, sort of melancholic mood. This is the place to be.

Thanks for the newly updated photo of Algiers. It sure would be nice if Google Maps & Google Earth would incorporate all of these amazing images into their technology and allow more of the world to see these amazing photos. Pure light always brings clarity to a photo.

This photograph of yours made me speechless. The orange rays emitted by the Sun are amazing. Are the bell like structures called Stupas? Anyway a brilliant photograph. Everyday is a new learning experience @ TE and there's a lot to learn in photography. Thanks for the detailed note. However, what if you had deleted either the RHS stupa and captured the whole of LHS portion instead of posting half stupa each on RHS and LHS? Just my viewpoint and suggestion. Maybe the image would look better. Thanks for sharing and best wishes.

Man destroys nature because of illiteracy and poverty. Sad to note the state of affairs in many directions but then a strong arm is required to educate and lift up the masses from the apathy they are in. You realise the importance of breathing fresh air and living in a clean environment, only when you are made to realise the importance of safeguarding the nature and its benefits. I am shocked to see this picture but it states the facts. Thanks for posting.
