Well shot Subhajit, great moment and framing. Couldn't ask for a better composition for this moment. I urge you to write a note on what's going on here in order to put some context into what we are seeing. Without the text, we are only getting a part of the story.

Hi Venkat, really lovely photo here that's well composed as well. Good documentary work. I think the white balance is off though. I'll try to post a workshop to correct it.

So many wonderful elements in this frame, just great! I just wish there is a bit more going on the right side of the frame since the left side is sooo strong and wonderful.

Awesome shot Luko, great chaos and calm balanced in one. I have to agree with rbcy on the lack of a main foreground or that HCB decisive moment where a man is throwing a luggage to shore....it's selfish of me because when you created this wonderful complex photo, I get greedy and want to see that perfect shot.

Good photo Horatiu, but I think the stone on the bottom right of the frame takes away from the photo. Also, I like the barren, skeleton like trees in the back. The photo looks like it was cropped vertically, did the original one have the top of the trees? Also, do you have any other photos from this lovely bridge from another angle? I mention this because you mention that this is the only photo you took going into the village. The bridge and carpet are killer, but I wish you worked this scene more, perhaps from other angle and with other villagers to see what other surprises could of came up. Best, Mark

Awesome story and I'm glad you met this wonderful man. Technically speaking there is nothing wrong with the shot, but I do wish that the hand is slightly more to the left of the frame to create a little separation with the hand and his face. I'm sure it was difficult to get the shot with the car moving, speed bumps, the conversation, and two other subjects to evaluate...but as you probably already guessed, I'm picky :) I love the expression and the items in the other men's laps. Just a wonderful. Best, Mark

Great photo Tamarin, this and your last one posted are def my favorite. I made a quick workshop where I cropped this photo. I'm curious what the shot looked like before you cropped it. I've always been a fan of cropping since I was taught to shoot first to get the action and crop later...newspaper photography at it's finest... The cropping on this shot bothers me since it's so square like there's something to hide in the original shot. Other than that minor complaint, great photo, and high praises for getting this intimate shot. I hope you are feeling better. Mark
