I rarely come on here these days, however I always seek out the members of old ;-) Loving the colours here Brenda, and the man perfectly positioned as he crosses the road. It looks virtually deserted. Though I am assuming this was just a brief moment making it seem that way?

lovely composition and welcome back, though I fear you are still here more than me ;-) I note a lot of familiar names from day gone by still alive well and commenting on the images. the colours are rather resplendent, picked out beautifully by the camera and its beautiful glass

Ah the wee harbour herself :-) No small feat of engineering and a lot of trouble for one wee boat.. It must have been profitable at the time or it just wouldn't have happened or maybe it was a folly ;-)

A fitting tribute indeed this looks like an architects drawing with its bright colours and vivid lines. I have photographed this building many times over the years but never seen it looking so summery as here. regards John

Hey Brenda, Love the movement in this one :-) and the message telling everyone to be vigilant I certainly have't seen any in Glasgow or Edinburgh but we do have a crime stoppers helpline to call and give the police information on just about anything at all. I was recently back on Manhattan but spent a fair bit of my time jumping over to Brooklyn. After all my years of visiting Manhattan I finally took to using the Subway. It was fine most days but when i really wanted it to take me to Coney island it was running badly and left me unable to get out :-( Hope you are well John PS i may post some of my film scan images from my most recent trip

Well it's been another year since I last looked in. It's good to see you still posting quality images from the streets of NYC. It's been too long since I last visited your great city but these wee snippets always make me want to visit again.. Sooner rather than later. I love the abstract nature of this Keep well John Ps before I saved this I spotted another lot of names I recognise. Good to see the site still alive and well
