To large photofiles
 

To many pixels for TE. How can I make them smaller ???

Go to image size in a photoshop program like Photofiltre 7 & type in 700 for height or 1054 for width. My raw files are like 3500 x 4500. You can make them even smaller than 700 too. But that is the minimum for Gurushots which I sometimes use.

I use PS 6 or Lightroom. Shouldn't be too much of a hastle to lower the resolution

Or simply use Paint and change size of the photo :)
