Hi Pierre,
I nearly always use my Lee nd grad filters to help prevent the sky being blown out and generally spot meter off a mid tone in the foreground.

you are correct about the aperature it was f20.
No fill flash was used ,I used 2 nd grad filters both 0.6 and 0.9 to retain some detail in the sky.
