photo pricing

I sold a photo a while ago for a university textbook, which is also available on Amazon. They now want to reuse the same photo for another book plus for electronic use, which includes a password protected website up for 3 years, a PowerPoint product for lecture purposes and a EBook which is an electronic version of the text (including photos). Can anybody help me with guidelines concerning pricing when it comes to electronic use? Thanks you!

I've checked this site before, unfortunately they don't give pricing guidelines for electronic use.
