Hello Martin
To much difference betwwen sky lights and the darker foreground.
Your camera sensor was automatic setted on the sky, that's why the picture looks dark.
I have done a WS

Thanks for taking the time to workshop my picture. I think I prefer my version though. I wanted that darkness and the people almost toiling through it, I think yours looks washed out in comparison. I think you're right about the blue in the foreground though, it makes the photo too cold. You've made me look closely at the photo again. Perhaps it just comes down to personal preference?

I suggest you to take your pictures in RAW files because it's possible to correct better the dark parts, more simple than JPEG files.
