What an interesting photo and POV. Beautiful detail to color and light, wonderful emotion from child holding animal, which I am not sure if dead or alive. I'm thinking dead because of the tongue hanging out of its mouth. In any case great photo.

You are right about the Cuscus, it fed us and the rest of the hunting camp the evening the photo was taken. Traditional life prevails in PNG, my travels over there have been humbling.
