London shoot & social: January 15, 2005 - Russian New Year
In the morning somewhere on the South Bank will be a free musical event; however, this will be indoors. I plan to be there, but it probably won't be good for a TE social or shoot. Later in the day, there is the perfect situation:
There will be a free Russian New Year's type thing going on from 12-8pm in Trafalgar Square. I imagine we could do a get together/social and some shooting easily here as there will be some sort of food and drink. It would be good just to meet any other TE members even if it is only one or two of you.

Drats! I just booked a ticket to Trieste for 15th Jan to catch the last of the exhibition, since one of my photos is being used. Ryanair had tickets for 5 pounds so I really couldn't say no!
So I am afraid I won't be able to make it to London on that day, but I am still interested in getting together with you guys the next time you meet!

Since Adrian hasn't replied yet either, let's reschedule. At the moment, Jan 22-23 would work for me and after that it would have to wait until the 2nd week of February or late March. Let's revisit this in a month or so.

Hah, there's irony for you - I was assuming the 15th was going ahead, but hadn't had time to look in here. Not to worry, I don't really mind when it happens, Waterloo's only half an hour by train anyway :-)

Hi guys, I just came upon this thread. Thought I missed a gathering in London, but it appears it never took off! Come on everyone can we try again? A shoot and a social would be great!

I should be able to rearrange things so that I'm available most of March/April. May isn't good for me though - we're planning to go to Canada then :)
Drop me an email if something's scheduled, to be honest I'm not a long range planner at heart - I'm more a "see what the weather's doing on the day" kinda guy ;)
