I am going to Argentina on Holiday soon and I am toying with the idea of buying a 19-35mm wide angle lens.
I have seen a Tokina AF 19-35mm f3.5-4.5 (Nikon AF) for a very good price and wondered if anyone has experiance with them or could offer an opinion? I hope you can help. Regards Pintage |

The Tokina AF 19-35mm is not a bad lens and is pretty good value. I have owned this lens, but then got a Tamron SP 17-35mm f2.8-3.5 which I find to be a little better (but it did cost a bit more).

Hi Pintage,
I have no experience with Tokina at all. However, I recently picked up the Sigma 10-20mm and I am extremely happy with it. I have seen nothing but good reviews on this lens from every web site except Kenneth Rockwell. Cheers, Paul. |
