Marvellous layers of textures and colours. The sky seems a little grainy but I suspect that is more from the effects of size reduction than anything else. It looks like a place I would like to visit. Are you allowed out onto these dunes?

To Dyerco: yes
yes, you are allowed unto the dunes, in fact, you can climb up all the way to the highest dune and look down. we camped in the park and took several excusions unto the dunes. the thing is that the camera can only capture their majesty from afar because they are so big up close, you lose perspective with a camera.
