Just 4 locations are now listed, I just learned there was a Melbourne in Canada and Florida, but also one in Derbyshire, England and here is the clue:

Hi Steve,

i am very sorry but I can’t get the whole list so I would have to change every photo one by one... I have no idea howmany photos are wrongly situated in other regions than Harar.
It happens sometimes that region don’t show a proper “correction list” for the moderators.

Of course, if you want to have the location of a certain photo be changed, I will be happy to help...
