There are another couple of good tools out there:
PTassembler
That one requires a fair amount of work, but results are excellent!

Panaview ImageAssmebler is easier, and produces good results too :-)

Personaly, I have tried 5-6 of them and I'm really happy with Photovista Panorama 3.0 (excellent blending!).
