Hi Jorge,
I understand now the stressful situation which you experienced during this tour. It does look like a great idea to photograph all the monuments at the night time. Sadly the night is sometimes more dangerous in strange unknown places for a photographer. I try to ask a friend of mine to walk with me for the blue hour photos but it is not always easy because it is boring for other people.
