To Intruder: Neat image?
Hi Sifis, thanks for the workshop. I like what you've done. Just a question: I'm a beginner at all this photo-editing stuff, and I'm just wondering what software I should buy. Right now I'm just using Microsoft Photo 7. You said you used "Neat Image." I've heard most people use PhotoShop. In your opinion what should I buy? What is the best program (without going over the top fancy)?
