This picture shows 3 sable antilopes running
'on beat'. On top of being beautiful to watch, wild animals moving to the same tune is part a necessary survival instinc. The sable antilope is a dark, very strong animal with spectacular horns that can reach 85 cm long. This animal is a tough fighter and has been known to kill lions when attacked. The picture was taken in Chobe National Park in Botswana. Obviously not a standard beauty shot, I like the image because of the freeze-frame moment of sync it captures.

Very good picture!! you're right : their synchronism is amazing, ... and very funny ! I just regret it's a bit blured... I like the use of b&w here... it reforces the posture of the antilopes!

As-tu déjà pensé te recycler pour le National Geographics? Tu as vraiment le style et l'explication pour ça! Encore une fois, good catch pour celle-là. Assez impressionnant de voir la synchro dans leurs mouvement. J'aurais aimé un peu de couleur sur celle là, mais le n&b est quand meme approprié.

Belle synchro c est vrai, ces "ombres" dans le sable clair du desert... j aime aussi les lignes que dessinent les cailloux derriere et les petits brins d herbe qu on devine... bravo.

Botswana is the place to go if anyone wants to experience Africa, and these sable are well caught on the hoof. I suggest you crop 1cm below the feet of the sables, and see how the impact of your pix improves.

Its all about timing a split second later and its gone, which you have captured nicely
this is an interesting shot that with some work can be improved see Ws
I would love the chance one day to see them in freedom instead of zoos, but with all the poaching will they be around in the next 20 years, lets hope so
