It seemed impossible but I begin new year 2021 with a new trip. This time I travel with my son and my granddaughter Ada. They inherited itchy feet from me, as you can see. Here let this sunrise express a hope for the better new year.rn8th time in Africa

I don't know if Ethiopia is your final destination, it was the trip that I should have done last spring, but unfortunately everything has been blown up and now it is also very dangerous. Hello Malgo,
Nice early morning light and fine clouds reflected in the glass façade. Time difference has made the dates of this photo look funny. It was taken on the 3rd and posted on the 2nd, quite correctly.;-)
So now you added another country to your gallery without entering it. I have been to this airport three times but I would never think I have been to Ethiopia.

I am amazed that you have been able to fly to Ethiopia, with the virus still so rampant.

However, I am so thrilled for you, that you have been able to leave behind the cold and the worries and emerge in the warmth of Africa.

I appreciate the reflections on the windows. The point of view is showing the details of the terminal buildings and of the Ethiopian Airlines aircraft. The sunrise is giving nice colors to the sky. Have a safe trip.

You amaze me how risky and reckless you are, to travel with the Covid even with some horrific rebound in so many countries.
It is certainly a beautiful photo with that sunrise or sunset, a magnificent presentation for a new trip.
Very effective coloring, which highlights the details of the image.

Hello Malgo!
Don`t you think it is irresponsible to tavel overseas in Corona times, sitting at airports where social distancing is nearly impossible? Did you had 1.5 meters distance from other passengers in the plane. Did you wear a mask while drinking/ eating.Did you wear a mask at the immigration when they photographed you?
Is it fun having vacation with family, wearing a mask in public.
Do you think the hygiene in Africa is better than in Poland or the people are more responsible than in your country?
In a note or reply you told us that your age is 70+ and you stay at home because the fear of Corona, so you belong to the most endangered population,not only for you but also for all people you`ll meet when you return.
In Ethiopia is a civil war, do you feel safe with yor family. The german government( I think the polish,too) is warning about visiting most parts of this country.
The few TE members like you who want to travel again stay at home and take no risk.
Me ,too. I did not travel since december 2018 and saved money for my dream destination,Patagonia. Patagonia has a very little population, but the virus is everywhere and I`m patient and care for my and others health .
So , these days I`m really not a fan of people travelling to have fun!

Ultra modern airport building and modern aircraft like this is only common scene nowadays, works well with this treatment dramatised by punchy skyscape! You have certainly exploited the limited space for max impact. Congrats

Of course it's you who started the TE travel season! I miss travels too, so this looks so good. Especially with that sky. I'm a bit surprised of the photo angle. At least the closest aircraft is next to the passenger bridge, but your shot is from the tarmac level.

Wow, you're on the move again. :-) I like this shot from the airport. There is a sense of longing looking at the parked plane, and the sky is moody and pretty, too. I also like the reflections on the airport facade. Take care!
