Mombasa is the second largest city in Kenya. Lying on the Indian Ocean, it has a major port and an international airport. The city also serves as the centre of the coastal tourism industry. The original Arabic name is منبعثة Manbasa;[citation needed] in Swahili it is called Kisiwa Cha Mvita (or Mvita for short)[citation needed], which means "Island of War", due to the many changes in its ownership. The town is also the headquarters of Mombasa District, which, like most other districts in Kenya, is named after its chief town.

Dobro jutro Vojko,

ehehehe jaz ponavadi pravim, da so tole 'ekološki' taxiji - uporabljajo 100% bio diesel, pa tudi emisije CO2 so v sprejemljivih količinah ;) Edina slaba stran teh taxijev je ta, da potnik smrdi še 2 dni po 'vožnji' - vsaj pri meni je bilo tako, ko smo bili na safariju po Tuniziji.

Drugače pa je tale fotografija kot naročena za današnji dan - vnese vsaj malo barve v sivino ponedeljkovega jutra. Ko že govorim o barvah, te so fantastične in odsevajo tisto barvitost Afrike, ki je ostali svet ne premore. Dobro premišljen kader, super ostrina in ponovno...ČUDOVITE barve.

An attractive composition of these camels being led along the beach. The image has a very pleasant atmosphere with a nice ambient light and good natural colours. I like the panoramic format and the layering effect.

A typical transportation in the area - good pov and color's comp.
