Photographer's Note
After a dolphin watching trip on board a glass bottom boat, we ended up on a small islet called Ile aux Bénitiers where we had a picnic. On the beach many vendors try to sell all kinds of stuff to tourists, this one sells sea urchins which you eat with a zest of lemon. It's delicious. Here he is opening up the sea urchin before serving.
