Photographer's Note
As you know, there are several species for penguins .The African penguin , also known as the "jackass penguin" and "black-footed penguin" is a species of penguin, confined to southern African waters.[Wikipedia]African penguins forage in the open sea, where they pursue pelagic fish such as pilchards and anchovies and marine invertebrates such as squid and small crustaceans. Penguins normally swim within 20 km of the shore. A penguin may consume up to 540 grams of prey every day, but this may increase to over 1 kg when raising older chicks.
They are really cute, aren't they ?

Hi Neda. Nice to see that you are traveling near and far and taking excellent pictures like this one which shows the penguins in their natural element. The world is big (and dangerous) for little penguins. Regards. Klaudio.

Hi Neda
I like the compo and the pale light. The size of the rocks was difficult to decide at first; when I saw the penguins I understood the rocks were much bigger that I first thought.
Cheers Frank
