A herd of Thompson's gazelles relax in the shade of a tree at noon in the Serengeti national park. You'll see that several of the animals are on the look-out for predators.

Marvelous shot. Nicely composed, well satured colors. The gazelles give us an idea of the tree's height.

This photo reminds me of home! Namibia to be more precise. Nice shot. Maybe a bit more detail on the Thompson's. Like you said the subject is the Gazelles, not the landscape?

Attractive image, well composed and exposed. Interesting to see all these little antelopes like a flock of sheep, together under the same tree. A polarizing filter, if available, would have likely improved the color saturation.

Without the gazelles this tree doesn't seem so large. But opening it and seeing the gazelles its size really stands out. I really like how they're all within the circle of shade. and an interesting detail is the one on the left that seems to be walking out of the shade while the other two look on like what's he doing. It's quite an impressive landscape. So vast and flat with these smaller trees extending out over the emptiness. And a great sky to go along with it. This is the kind of thing I think of when I think of the Serengeti. Very nicely done.
