Photographer's Note

Arkia-Airlines 4X-EMA, Embraer-195 after take-off from Ben-Gurion airport runway 26.
This plane entered service in 12/2008, and we had the pleasure to fly this specific airplane en-route to Montenegro and back on 6/2009 trip.
A Brasilian manufactured plane, A Wikipedia page with info about the Embraer made jets.

Cropped sides and top's, exp. bias -1/3 .

Hi Ike,

Aviation is one of my passion in photography since 1975. You have capture well the Embraer ERJ-195 in flight. Iy is clear and sharp. The good luminosity is making the colors to stand out. Have a nice day.

Hi Ike,
We will be flying an Embraer 190 on the Pittsburgh to Philadelphia leg of our flight. This is a very sharp, well exposed photo of its bigger brother. The Embraer is becoming one of the favorite airliners in the US.

I love planes and flying... you might know it already!
I don't usually take pictures of planes, but always from their inside!
This is a very nice one I truly enjoyed!
It's also important that you mentioned that's an EMBRAER model and I loved some good comments on it!
In this time of World Soccer Cup, where here and around the World our serious internal problems are being even more widespread, showing a bit of a non-stereotyped Brazil can be helpful! As a traveler, I do know all of our problems, but it seems the world only knows them too! Thank you!

Hi Ike,

Seemingly all alone in the sky, and being the main attraction in this frame. I like this given angle and upwards lift, three's a sense of action, understanding the flight take-off. With no other distraction or points of focus, the plane definitely is the main attraction here. Clear, sharp and well defined. Aaand we're off! :) Enjoy the weekend. Take good care.

You'Re capturing well this plain by a good angle, a good focus and excellent tone/clarity, so it's interesting and impressive to see Embraer-195 in fright. It seems to smart and economical plane with Twin Turbo.

Wow what beautiful definition. The plane is razor sharp and I love the diagonal lines as you capture it in take off. The vertical frame sets it off beautifully and I lie the strong colours and good contrast.

T took pictures of many birds in my last trip to Florida but none was so elegant as this one appears!
You had the good idea to align with the natural diagonal of your frame the raging bird for a full throttle impression.

beautiful homage to our national company, keeping the tradition about Brazil in this area and making us so proud of it. this country is the land of Santos Dumont and bartolomeu de gusmão (for us the first men to fly in a plane and to fly in a balloon).
