Photographer's Note
This is taken at "Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe", Berlin.
The Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe, also known as the Holocaust Memorial, is a memorial in Berlin to the Jewish victims of the Holocaust, designed by architect Peter Eisenman and engineer Buro Happold. There are no any symbols or epitaphs but only 2,711 concrete slabs. Visitors walked in it from every direction and dispeared in the forest of concrete immediately. The feeling of lonely made me feel hard to breathe, although I don't really know that history since I am from Asia. It's the place impressed me most in Berlin.

A great, and very emotional foto, the geometry and color (or lack there of) all combine here to increase the emotional vlaue of your contribution. congrats.

ciao Wen,
I have also 2 shots from this monument in my gallery.
I like this POV from below to show how "choking" and dramatic are the feelings you can get from being lost into that labyrinth1
ciao

When I was visiting this Memorial last year, I did not have success in getting a good picture even I was sure this is a good place to take photos. Here you show what I say. Good picture and thank you for show me this point of view. I will try it next time.
