Hello Nicolas,
Beautiful tones and light in the early morning when the mist was still hanging quite heavily above the ground. The mountains form a fine background to the razor sharp view of the trees of different kinds and sizes.

Beautiful scene Nicolas, I love that some of the trees are prominent whilst others are softened by the misty air.
We see the snow covered mountains in the background with the subtle colours in the sky.
Excellent, your timing, of being in the right place at the right time is impeccable.

The last remains of the mist, create a haunting atmosphere to this beautiful scene.
I like how you have included a layer of winter trees between the f/g and the mountains. It makes a fine composition.

Hi Nicou,
Very nice to see this view with so many layers. Frosty looking terrain, fog laying above it, a few bushes and taller trees further back. Snowy mountains look great of course and so do the half cloudy sky at the top.

Such a tranquil landscape with extensive field of depth and the trees on the foreground giving good balance and inviting us to look deeper and subsequently to the high mountain. The mist is an icing on the roll giving the painterly effect! Excellent photography,

Un paysage magnifique dans lequel les différents éléments fournissent beaucoup de profondeur à l'image.
La brume place joliment plusieurs petits arbres devant et crée une séparation avec le paysage derrière.

Special scenery made by the fog, and you very well collected the sight, Nicolas.
Despite that phenomenon, you did capture sharp and details picture with the trees against the slopes on the far side.
