A coathanger in the window of the brightly painted little office of the Brighton Marina based Waterfront Electrical Company. Aptly named as situated right on the harbour side and perfectly placed to service the needs of both marina residents and boat owners alike.

Hello Brian,

As soon as I saw the title of this one, I thought we were in for seeing a picture of Sydney Harbour Bridge which, I believe, is also often referred to as "The Coathanger". But no, not that - but far from a disappointment.

This is another of your wonderfully colourful pictures which are imbued with loads of "impact" and "punch" - bold strong lines of composition, simple limited colour palette and strong and vibrant colours.

It has inpact in the extreme but the little coathanger hanging in the window draws the eye toward a more sombre, darker area ionside the little office building.

And, as always, perfect technical quality.
