Photographer's Note
Twin Lakes is a village on the eastern side of Independence Pass, one of the highest in the Rocky Mountains. This was the scene on a morning in May just after the pass had opened.

Hi Ian
Well-selected point of view to capture the reflection of the snow-covered picks. The wooden building nicely placed to created a strong point of focus.
Best wishes

Hello Ian ,
A little lake , but what a wonderful mountain view . The composition is great with the wooden cabin as an excellent focal element . Splendid clarity colors and fine reflections .

A beautiful nature scene, beautifully captured.
I also like the position of the wooden house.

Hello Ian.
This one is a stunning landscape, well worth having a gander of the high res version. Super rendition of detail, gorgeous colour, late autumn sunshine, fabulous reflection, timber structure well placed in the composition; what more could one want in a landscape?
Regards,
Andrew

Nice layering of elements take this a step further than the usual mountain landscape. A clear reflection is always appealing, but with the strip of water grasses, then the aspens adding to the backdrop, you ended up with a great photo. Plus you got the traditional old cabin in there, which adds a bit of suggested story.
