Hello friends in TE,

A small place near my hometown offers a good day out with the family. It is known as Lye Huat Garden. The place has a good size aquarium, mini zoo and displays host of antiques from China and Malaysia. The pond has a big school of koi and feeding them is a BIG time fun.

i see a lot of fishes in the small pond,impressive.This is the result when a lot of children feed the fishes.A nice snapshot of the daily life of the Lye Huat Garden.

The shooting aangle, POV and framing are excellent and the scene quite unusual to may people in the west... Nice soft colours too.
It would have been nice if this potted tree was a bonsai, so we could see its top!

Hi Jusni

That really looks like feeding time. Interestingly there are so many fish ponds in South East Asia, while in Europe such ponds are very rare. The focus is on the fishes in your shot, while the kids feeding them boost DOF. Nice pastel color hues. Well done.

Your are looked at home due the flooding, luckily that's not the case in Alor Star. There are some areas water logged but in our Taman and even the Cowboy market no flooding. Hope it will improve for you tomorrow.

Thanks for your critique of my pad Thai cook. This is somehow a national dish, eaten by everybody and I guess it is halal, as there is no pork meat used.
