Hi Pascal,
I like the simplicity of tone and composition in your image. I can see why you gave such prominence to that wonderful mackerel sky and I think the black & white has probably strengthened the image by even further simplifying. I wonder if it might strengthen it one step more by placing the statue on the opposite side and having her face into the frame?
