I loved the curve of this street, and hoped someone would grace my image with their appearance. She did!
This was taken in a small town surrounded by rice paddies.

this lovely street seems to have experienced the moonsoon effect, I like the wet texture or the groung and the grey color. This worker is nicely placed on your frame.

good timing, I like the presenc of this woman, her hat and the way she walks. the street looks very old, and the details of the torn posters are very good.

A great photo of a very interesting place...not the China of temples, rice paddies, but of kind of architecture we rarely see in pictures from this country. And the woman makes a good completion of the image of real life there.

Hi Christina, A nicely captured picture with the wet stone way leads to the distance away. The old styled buildings are well shown their ages. A well capture of the lady to show the style of this town. A nicely taken picture.

Hello Christina,

Th,s pictures has so many assets that I am afraid to forget some when counting.

The moody light, the gray and wet road, the curved alley, the fact that she was caught at the very right place, her hat down to her chini the grass on the road, the white sky, the torn red ad on the door, the way I can see her walking ,the motion of her legs and arm.
Great picture in one word.. If I were you I would send it to a competition, say NG Traveler in August for instance..

Hi Christina,
I like the curve in the street too, as well as the traditioanl architecture which I guess is in the process of being destoyed. Maybe a bit of a tilt, and eliminating the white sky would make it even better.
