This is a strange, but attractive picture. Il like the circle effet of that tower. It would be interesting to learn more about it.

Nice shot ! I wish if you added a small note about the place and how you too this shot. is it a panaorama ? or one shot ? what lens did you used ?
Its a bit unsharp but the POV is amazing.
