Late evening, Temple Street in Kowloon, Hong Kong. In a small alley behind stalls...
Temple Street is a night market, probably the most famous in Hong Kong, it is a great place for guys with cameras, I am there quite often, I think some sellers recognize me...
It is another candid, qick shot, I spotted this ad and the guy coming... No time to think, just point and shoot..

I cropped a bit the right side to focus on the subjects... PS - auto levels, unsharp mask, brightness, contrast.

I've been walking Temple street too and didn't get any good shots, that was at night, I would have liked to portray some of the hookers there but didn't have the guts to as the girls look less tolerant than in SEA...

With this one you show us one of your photo "recipes", which I'd sum up as a "split recall" and I've seen in some of your other shots.

After a while I think TE members can "dig" some skilled photographers and put an etiquette onto it.

That's called style.

Beautiful daily life photo. Very nice. The colours contrast is very good. You have captured a very nice and colourful daily life shot. So typically Hong Kong / Kowloon.

one of my fav films Phone Booth. I think they filmed it in a couple of weeks. Mind you, not like they had to travel anywhere eh? Great shot here and well timed. It's nice to see early work and see how they progress.
