Both images, the poster and the juxtaposed man, speak of "no, thanks" ...and he seems "fed-up" waiting for someone or something. Perhaps he is watching his waistline? In the workshop I cropped this image further.

The B/W by flattening the pic, allows the visual illusion to work... plus the guy is a little fat which all makes sense... perfect illustration of temptation!
