the sea is quite over. though u have managed to retain the bluish tone, it aint looking good. u could have cropped that if it hasnt come off well. otherwise ur subject looks good. why didnt u get a bit more close up of the artwork? u could have used the sea to get DOF.
i have heard that such artwork on the beach has drawn flak from environmentalist?? is it true?? what are the artists saying?? who are these artists? how much money do they make out of this?? do they make ur statue as well??
cheers!!

What I liked here is the people sitting on moulded chairs on the beach as they would have been sitting on the lawns while siping hot tea! People here go to the beach as they would visit a friends house in an evening. The beachwear is sarees, chappals, normal 9 to 5 trousers, leather belts with the shirt tucked in- coplete with leather shoes and a wrist watch.
I would have liked it more if the sand-dame placed as the foreground and the man on left completely in the frame. The family standing on the beach , the two girls and the blue sea would have been great BG, but these are my views.
Thanks for a very candid post.
Regards, Bishnu.
