Photographer's Note

Mcleodganj in Himachal Pradesh is the seat of the Tibetan govt in exile in India, headed by HH Dalai Lama.
Majority of Tibetans in India reside in this small hamlet.
At the moment it is in the lime light in view of the non- violent protest by tibetans to free their country from Chinese domination. This has all the more significance in the face of the oncoming Olympic games.
A number of peaceful flag marches by day and candle marches by night have been going on now for the past two- three weeks.
This young Tibetan has found a novel way of protesting!!!

Hi Push,

I do agree with you. I posted a similar comment today to Emka pic "potala palace" but I was accused of misusing TE.
well, TE shows the world through lenses and images...and this is an aspect of the world we cannot deny seeing!
