Your photo has beautiful color contrast between the orange/yellow colors and the neuteral background. Too bad those plastic bottles are on the far right. But you don't always have control over that. :-(

Very colourful, very nice. The persons face is a bit underexposed and like No 3, I agree it's a pity about the plastic bottles... but you can get rid of junk like those bottles in post processing: take a look at my pile or rubbish removal in this workshop:

Very good picture Caleb. It is very dynamic, what with the bland top and the busy and colorful bottom. IMHO, the picture will be even desirable had it been placed off-center.

A good find, lots of great color.

I did a Workshop in which I re-cropped the image to eliminate the plastic bottles and concentrate the earth-colors.

I also brightened the picture except for the column in the background.

great shot to me! sharp and colorfull. I like it just the way you shot it, whatever the others say about it... Sorry guys! ;-)And I don't like bob's workshop... there would have been another way to get rid off those plastic bottles w/o cropping the pic, and the colors are much too bright now. Caleb, don't change a thing! Eric

I'll add my vote for keeping this photo exactly as it appears. The workshop alternative washes out the saturated colors that make this photo so rich. Cropping, both at the right and bottom takes away features that make the scene real. This is what a street in Varanasi will look like, crowded with both beauty and dilapidation. I love the crate used as a table that appears about to collapse with the single blossom lying on the dirty pavement. This is India! Well done!

Very nice, garland sellers always provide good colors, even in drab places........ so nice! Let's face life, plastic bottles and bags are everywhere!!!!! That is life in the modern world, even where things are hardly modern! I really love this picture, would change nothing! I like the fallen flower, that escaped somehow!
