Nice photo here, beside all the good points like POV, B/W treatment, etc. etc. I like anther thing in this...simplicity(which is not easy to get). It seem someone has shot this with lot of innocence.

I have a small suggestion, you could have clicked this a few minutes later when the girl on top would have 3/4 or close to center. that would have shown the 'difficult' task.

I was on this beach in chennai on a WE and was very impressed by the variety of activities but I did not see any of these young girls walking on a rope. But I did in Pushkar during the Camel Mela
This is a very good B&W shot, a bit grainy, the old fashion, and very well adapted to the situation
