Salut Tom,
J’avais adoré la « Magnet 1 », c’est donc avec plaisir que je découvre celle-ci !
Le rendue et les couleurs sont tout simplement superbe, on voit tout de suite que c’est de l’argentique, le rendu, le léger grain et tout et tout !
C’est vraiment terrible !
De plus, j’adore l’attitude et le regard de cette fille !
Elle a une attitude tellement adulte déjà !
Bref, ca file dans mes favorites !

A very nice one Tom,
she got a soft smile on her face, nicely put towards the two colored background OOF and good balanced with her green silky dress.
Indeed, India is like a woman, when she is (or you are) not there, you miss her terribly.

Quel beau portrait, j'aime sa position et sa manière tres sensuelle de regarder l'objectif, tout en tenant gracieusement son gobelet.

Les tonalités et la lumière sont magnifiques, j'aime beaucoup ton choix de contraster l'arrière plan avec une partie noire pure. Son mouvement est imparable, les bras diagonaux et parallèles, la tête posée comme une affirmation au dessus du verre, c'est immédiat d'accès et ça marche.
Il y a vraiment quelque chose des portraits de McCurry dans celui-ci.

Regard magnétique, c'est vrai. Sur le plan de l'intensité, cette photo me fait sérieusement penser à la petite Afghane de Mc Curry notamment car ses yeux rappelent la couleur de son sari. Le modelé du visage créé par la lumière est somptueux. Je me demande si la lumière était directe ou pas ?

Hey Tom, Good that you enjoy portraits, because i love them and also think is a lot more complicated to get a nice shot than landscapes. ok, there is also a lot of wonderful landscapes, but i still prefer people. And in this matter, you are a master. I choosed this one to open just to check if was processed in the photoshop or was slide film to get this green dress color. Great portrait.

floored. not into colour capture meaning colour photography; but here it is is used well with appropriate balance. well seen and that look just floors me... a little heartbreaker for sure.
