Hello Hari

Welcome to TE. Just like you I am new to TE. Excellent first shot from you. Good details and nice expression from the boy. Perhaps you can let me know something. I am not sure from the pic where the boy jumped from. Was he on the flat plank or he jumped from the round pole at the end of the platform. Also was this shot taken with a polarizing filter? If that had taken out the reflection from the sea you may have a even better shot.

Hi there Hari,

My first though when I saw this one : haha.
The boy's face is so funny, I like that he is really laughing out hard when jumping with arms wide open. The motion blur is also nice. I like how you caught just a little from where he jumps and in the distance a nice background. Maybe a lower point of view (POV) would be slightly better, to just have less water in view. But this is good allready.
Good sharpness and exposure, maybe a bit overexposed sky, but doesn't hurt that much, just a small portion. A polarizer, or more extensive use of it would have reduced the reflection of the bright sky on the water. I think that would have been nicer.
You could also rotate the image slightly clockwise, to get a straigth horizon. Maybe the appearance of the crooked horizon is only due to differences in distance from your POV, but correction of this feeling shouldn't hurt I think.
I read this is the first share, well done :)
