Photographer's Note

I took this photograph at Shakujii park in late autumn of last year. There were two ponds named Shakujii Pond and Sanpō-ji Pond in the garden, and the groundwater from the Musashino plateau existed as the pond which sprang out. A promenade is maintained on both sides of the pond. The leaf of trees was dyed yellow and red and feel autumn depth. I took this photograph for the opposite bank of the pond from the promenade.

Shakujii park is maintained as the park which the citizen can take a walk through. It was made to coexist with nature and wild birds. In the garden, Numazawa guild and grove of miscellaneous trees are seen and leave a feature of Musashino that is full of green so as not to think with 23 wards of Tokyo.
