Photographer's Note
I was taking a walk the circumference of Komagome Station on that day, after drinking coffee in McDonald's near my house at the morning. This circumference has many small office buildings and restaurants, and is a very common place. I found the interesting crossing in the middle of the walk, so it's the crossing which has five alleys in the back hand of Hongo street. The sign of the pedestrian crossing is drawn on the crossing so that each passage can be crossed safely. Since it is not a big passage here, there is no signal. When I stop here for a while and observe well, the people and the bicycle are passed the pedestration freely as if what not happen. However, it will be necessary to pay attention for crossing, although contact with a car is prevented.

Hi Mikio,
The Japanese are disciplined people, more than the French;) Everything is well organized, and traffic is quiet. The urban landscape is interesting and surprising, with many power cables. The picture is very well exposed. Excellent quality. bravo.
Have a nice day

Hi Mikio
This is very nicely observed, seems quiet moment with rare traffic and the exposure's very well balanced. I think the comp is good to really home in on the two cyclists on the fg and the crossings stripes on all the five junctions seem dominant. This, in my opinion has a more dynamic feel, as the eye reads more naturally following their different direction of movements. The surroundings is interesting and the backdrop is superb but the 2 cyclist have set the scene very nicely.!
Warm regards

Hello Mikio
Very nice quest white black illustrating a moment of the cities of your country. I am impressed by the many flying wires still present at intersections. The photo is very beautiful and with a great POV. Thank you for sharing.

Hi Mikio,
Nice, crisp B&W shot with an excellent POV. Nice perspective and the inclusion of the cyclists adds some dynamism.
The following is not a critique of your photo, but a critique of city planners: Too many overhead wires. Around where we live, there are too many overhead wires, too. I never noticed them before I started taking pictures around town, but they are everywhere and they are always in the way! These utility companies must not care about photographers.
Regards,
MT
