Photographer's Note
Night time Hanami or flower viewing was really very beautiful in this place. There were so many people and I was lucky enough to find this area to set-up my tripod. These Cherry trees or Sakura in Japanese decorate the moats near the Imperial Palace. Rowing boats can be rented. The famous Yasukuni shrine can also be found in the area where more cherry trees are planted.

Utterly beautiful. The lighting of the sakura and the reflections on the water are stunning.
Well framed. I did just think that framing it portrait was an odd decision, but thinking about it framing the image this way means the reflections are fully shown.
What is the white line across the top of the image? It is coming from the building. It is distracting, so I suggest maybe removing it in your photo editing software.
