The flower is the sign that tells us the seasons is changing. In Japan, Cherry Blossom is the sign of Spring. All people loves it and have a picnic or a party under the tree. Some do Karaoke, dance and play with their dogs. It's fun to see people having fun in own way. You can enjoy the beautiful flowers and drunk people at the same time.

It is a fine shot, and well framed. I like the colours. :) Cherry blossom are beautiful.

It is a shame though it is not in focus. :( I can see the flowers in the top left corner are in focus, but not the closest flowers.
