Photographer's Note
My first night in Tokyo and I couldn't stop looking out our hotel room window. The place was like a scene from Blade Runner with giant talking advertisements lighting up the square (they turn off before midnight), elevated trains and people moving about all the time.
If you count the sprawl of Tokyo, it actually connects with Yokohama, making it the largest city in the world.

i would have liked to see an equal (50/50 split) but nevertheless i love the picture - especially the curved horison. it reminds me of Lost in Translation and this is exactly how i imagined Tokio to be

It is very interesting to see you put the two together. I am the person who care about the detail, and the detail here is great. Also I like this (wide) angle.

Nice concept shot. It captures the sprawl and crowded-ness of Tokyo. Hard to believe a city that rose from the ashes.

I like the two shots together. It is very interesting to see the same scene as it changes. I like the composition and point of view. Very nice!
