Photographer's Note
When I visited Kuala Kangsar, the weather is not very cooperating. The sky is blank and empty. ( I was hoping for a blue sky but it rained that day).
The most frustrating is that the Musuem was closed for repairs. So I have to linger by the fencing to have the picture taken
Hope it is good enough, and I will definitely go there again.
The museum, situated in the vicinity of the Istana Iskandariah in the royal town of Kuala Kangsar, was officially opened by His Royal Highness the Sultan of Perak on November 16, 1986.
It primary objective is to preserve and display the history of the Perak Sultanate and to invoke a sense of pride in its heritage among present and future generations.
History
The museum building, originally built as a palace in 1926, was made entirely from wood by a Malay builder on the royal command of His Royal Highness Sultan Iskandar Shah (1918-1938) who needed a temporary palace while the large and permanent Istana Iskandariah was under construction.
HRH Sultan Iskandar occupied this palace, known as Istana Kenangan, from 1931 to 1933. After the Sultan moved into the new Istana Iskandariah, this temporary palace continued to be used for special royal occasions.

Hi Foozi,
The trees are framing well the museum. The point of view is showing the details and colors of the architecture of the Perak Royal museum. The strong light is affecting the colors of the sky, the colors of the museum are coming out ok. Have a nice day.

Salam Foozi.
I have never been to this place and the architecture is amazing with intricate design details. There is some similarity with the one built in Kelantan. Great shot exposing the facade really well in the frame.
Thanks for sharing and have a nice day my friend.

Hi Foozi
That has happened to me too. In Russia the museums were closed on a Friday. But the diffused light here compensates a little. Good sharpness and vibrant colour. I like the repetition of the yellow curtains & the upwards pov on the distinctive style of local architecture. Tfs!

ciao Foozi,
la scena è ben ripresa e il contrasto con il dorato dell'architettura sarebbe stato stupendo se il cielo fosse stato azzurro.
Un ottimo lavoro in queste condizioni di luce,
saluti
