Photographer's Note
Fish seller in small local wet market in Subang Jaya in Malaysia. There are plenty market places in Malaysia.
The major markets are:–
-night markets which are typically open in the afternoon until 10 – 10:30 p.m. Night markets are offering any goods such as groceries, clothing, local food, hot snacks, accessories, bags, CDs, household items, fruits, vegetables and some other fresh products.
-wet markets which are morning markets typically open from 6 to 10 a.m. but some small sections even longer. Wet markets are offering plenty of groceries such as fish and other seafood, meat, fruit and vegetables.

Hi Miro,
Everywhere I go, I like to search local markets.
Thank you for showing us the daily life in Malaysia. The fish seller looked very enthusiastic about his job.

Hello Miro,
This is a fine photo where you have used the light very well. The salesman doesn't look very happy, but he definitely seems proud of the fish he is holding. They look magnificent and very fresh and tasty.

Gert

Hi Miro
A truly rewarding shot here, great vibrant colours, the hint of smile of a proud man and his speciality: the red snapper and 'onga' i think, good for fish&chips. There's a really nice balance of elements/focal points, human and other elements in this scene that reflects the energy of the wet market and the essence of local flavour and the fishy smell of course. A wonderful place abundance of photographic opportunities for sure. Good shot from my next door neighbour - never been to Subang Jaya- well spotted and excellent composed imge and closeness. Well done. Congrats
Best regards

Hi Miro,
Excellently captured image. It is simply wonderful.. when I was in China, before the so called "Reform" time, people were told to love their jobs, whatever they did were to serve the people and country...it was a joke for me..he certainly does, proud of his fish..he might really love his job..who knows..:-D Somebody has to sell the fish, and somebody will buy it..I would buy the left side one..:-D

Hi Miro. This is a good idea and niceky composed, but your focus is out. Your fish are in soft focus and they needed to be sharp. The background is nicely soft. I would love to have seen the face and the fish, really sharp. kevin

Hi Miro,
I love fish and the one on the left side looks to be just the kind I love to savour. The fish-seller seems to be all worked up to advertise for his fresh fish to get a nice bid for it.Good clarity and sharpness and perfect framing.
Very well done my friend.

Une photo spontanée avec ce vendeur qui présente ses poissons, dommage qu'il ne soit pas plus souriant. Focus et netteté bien gérés sur le sujet, bonne exposition également.
