Excellent use of B&W. Creates a very special mood. You should get rid of these leaves in the upper right corner. Good shot.

Very oddly it seems a silhouetted woman on a bench overlooking the sea is a Perhentians' trademark. Before opening the thumbnail i was thinking to myself it MUST be the Perhentians.
Almost got the same but in BW (Don't worry, it was the back of a veiled malaysian woman, not with your girlfriend ;)...), from that point the islands have not changed since.

The Perhs really take a special place in my travel rememberings. I can only be very subjective about your pic.
