Photographer's Note
It seems no matter which country in the world you go to, if you point a camera in the general direction of a group of kids you will get the same reaction. This was in one of the towns a day out from Ulaan Baatar. The general elections were coming up and the townsfolk had gathered to listen to some political speeches. A great thing in Mongolia which, after the breakdown of the Soviet Union, has embraced democracy in no small way. So here were the kids dressed in their best clothes - even an Adidas cap had found its way to furtherest Mongolia.

Very nice, Paul; it's good to see some context of where they live included in the background (although there's nothing other than the lack of asphalt to say it couldn't be a town in New Zealand or the US.) Nice expressions you caught; stereotypically, the girls look sweet and the boys look impish.

You are very correct about snapping the babies.
A clear, sharp pic in good compo and color.
