Not it is a fashion or tradition but here many do take their babies in their LAP and do stroll in streets might it is the female CHARM they provoke the babaies to get into the LAP and stroll around, beside many of these claim to be CHANGAZI and was the Changaz Khan a baby sitter? no they are not Changazi or Mangolide but to some third class RACE of backward people..
