Photographer's Note
Curiosity of a child in the small town of Vinzons - watching me from the open window of her home.
The only detraction from this shot is the clothes line, but I'm not good enough in PS to clone it out, yet!

Hello Rew,
This is a very fine capture, where I can make a lot of stories in my mind! Always a good quality in an image, you know...
Maybe you don't take fully advantage of the potential here, you mention the clothes line and I agree... Also I think you may try a more dynamic crop, have a look at my workshop and let me know what you think
Greetings,

Hi Rew, Yes a typical construction in some parts. Amazing how large families are brought up in this sort of place. Pablo's crop is good. Keep up the good series. Murray.

hi rew,
yes and no for the clothes line, yes it cuts a bit the photo, but it is part of the scene.for me the captvante is the eyes of the girl, and i dont mind too much the line.:)

Hi Rew,
Eyes wide open to see the world!
I mean your eyes (as well as her)...
I do agree that Pablo's cropping give it more impact, but this is also because the initial shot was taken at the right moment.
Cheers,
Eric /.

Really nice. I like the series of lines and angles framing the child, as well as the play of light and dark. The shot exhibits both innocence and a sense of sadness. She seems like a prisoner of her circumstances. I like the clothesline. I think it adds to the complexity and depth of the shot.
