Privet, Julia, indeed she is so Gothic, her face could easily have been painted by Jan van Eyck or feature on a cathedral sculpture. Love your choice of subject but I would have liked you to go a bit closer to her, or create a slightly tighter frame. The colours are excellent though.

Yes, your same strong abstract composition and rich colors, Julia. Your trade mark! I see what the title means. I suppose we would say 'pre-Raphaelite'( Dante Gabriel Rossetti etc) but it’s all the same.

Hi Julia,
I just noticed the workshop you've sent, thank you, I like it a lot :) So I wanted to look at your shots and selected this one as my favorite of yours, because you've balanced the contrasting yellow and blue beautifully. I like your figure in red too, but also would say even without her presence the shot would have been -still- great.

very good one. I´ve been in moscou and san petesburgo in 2002. the things impressed me the most were scale of the buildings and the 80´s air in everything with colors. you catched it!! thank you
